Hello WORLD! I am extremely excited about my new blog! I am a Raw Food chef through “Creative Health Institute” and I go back to CHI in July to get my Raw Food chef teaching certificate. I have had a blast learning and teaching people about raw juice and how raw fruits and veggies can heal the body. I juice for people in our community and have enjoyed it GREATLY! The people I juice for have various reasons why they are putting the raw unheated, slow pressed juice that I make for them into their bodies. This leads me to tell you about raw juice….
Juicing helps you absorb all nutrients from fruits and veggies. Most of us have impaired digestive systems from years of making poor food choices. A poor digestive system limits the body’s ability to absorb all the nutrients from the fruits and veggies. Juicing will help to pre- digest them for you so you will receive most of the nutrients rather than losing them when you…you know… 🙂 Juicing also allows you to consume an optimal amount of fruits and veggies in an efficient manner and you can also add a wider variety of fruits and veggies to your diet.
