Detox/Cleanse day 3

Hello friends!

Day three of my detox plan hasn’t been too bad.  For breakfast I had my 8 oz of detox juice (Orange, lemon, apple, grapefruit).  It was very refreshing and quite tasty.  For my mid-morning snack I had a raw Jen Bar, check her healthy products out at  Lunch time was a little more challenging.  Wholey Chow made meals today for our customers.  We made a big beautiful fruit/veggie salad and spinach lemon pasta with raw date bars for dessert.  The lemon pasta is my FAVORITE!!  But I stayed strong and only had the salad, which was fabulous!!  I had the other half of my 8 oz  juice for my mid afternoon snack.  I was getting pretty hungry, so it hit the spot.  For dinner I had banana, strawberry chia seed pudding with my homemade raw almond milk.  After dinner I had a cup of organic yogi detox hot tea  I had a slight headache this afternoon, but it didn’t last too long.  Now I am off to bed to get some zzzz’s.  Busy day tomorrow!  I am NOT looking forward to day 4 detox juice…. beet, kale, lemon, apple, ginger and lime. Cherry, banana smoothie:    Hand full of cherries, 1 banana, 3-4 dates, 8-10 oz of almond milk, and one scoop of “love and peas” protein powder by nature sunshine.  To see the benefit of “love and peas” protein powder click on the link  I buy mine from a health food store here in my home town, Natural Affects.
